Royalty Hosting reserves the right to suspend your service if you break the following;

Royalty Hosting reserves the right to terminate or suspend your hosting if it includes but not limited to the following:

• Constant High CPU usage.

• Causing harm to the server.

• Illegal activities.

• Using the service for something it is not designed to.

• Distributed denial of service attacks (DDoS) .

Here at Royalty Hosting we will refund you at the first 24 Hours not including setup fees after then there will be no refund after that period. If you cannot pay we can split the payment up but you have a week till your server is suspended then you have another week till the files get deleted

Downtime and Data loss

At Royalty Hosting we dont have a 100% uptime guarantee. We will try to get our services up as soon as possible. We are also not responsible for any loss of revenue that might be caused due to downtime.

We are not responsible for any downtime caused by a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or DoS (Denial of Service) attacks. If a DDoS or DoS attack is targeted at a specific client service, this may result in the targeted service being suspended until further notice.

At Royalty Hosting we have the right to inspect any files on any of our plans, these are done at random and without prior of telling the client that we are doing so.

At Royalty Hosting we are not responsible for any data losses caused. We recommend regular off-site backups of their servers in case of faulty machines. If data was lost from our side, we will do our best to recover as much the data as we can.

Chargebacks / Disputes shall result in an instant service termination, we offer no refunds under any situation, we also reserve the right to terminate your account.

At Royalty Hosting our price match guarantee only applys to all our plans except our VPS plans. On requesting you need to show us the website and it must be a valid company.

While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space (on selected products) to our customers we reserve the right to request that you delete excessive file such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive.
